摘 要:为解决公路隧道斜井施工关键排放源和影响因素不清晰的问题,基于依托工程Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级围岩斜井支护设计,结合《公路工程预算定额》和《公路工程机械台班费用定额》,明确斜井施工投入的材料及能源清单数据,采用排放系数方法,计算不同工序材料、能源的碳排放,分析斜井坡度和长度改变对开挖和出渣碳排放的影响。研究表明:1)Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级围岩每延米斜井施工碳排放分别为17.95 t CO_(2eq)和27.00 t CO_(2eq)。2)随着围岩级别上升,喷射混凝土和钢支撑碳排放快速增长。3)当斜井长度超过1500 m,长度每增加100 m,开挖和出渣的碳排放增加0.15~0.2 t CO_(2eq)。4)在坡度为7°、9°、12°和25°时,每延米斜井出渣碳排放为0.37~0.69 t CO_(2eq);在斜井坡度超过12°时,采用有轨运输方式出渣较汽车运输更加低碳。The key sources and influencing factors of emissions from the construction of inclined shafts of highway tunnels remain unclear.Therefore,a data inventory is developed for the materials used and energy consumed in the construction of inclined shafts,and the characteristics of carbon emissions from inclined-shaft construction are studied.Further,the emission coefficient method is employed to calculate the carbon emissions resulting from adopting different procedures and materials for the construction.In addition,the influence of the slope and length of the inclined shaft on carbon emissions from excavation and mucking is analyzed.For this,support designs of an inclined shaft with GradesⅣandⅤsurrounding rocks are used and quota standards,such as the Highway Engineering Budget Quota and Highway Engineering Machinery Machine Team Cost Quota,are followed.The following results are obtained:(1)The carbon emissions from the inclined shaft excavation and support in GradesⅣandⅤsurrounding rocks are 17.95 tCO_(2eq)and 27.00 tCO_(2eq)per meter,respectively.(2)The carbon emissions from the construction of shotcrete and a steel support increase rapidly as the grade of the surrounding rocks increases.(3)The carbon emissions from excavation and mucking increase by 0.15~0.2 tCO_(2eq)per 100 m of the inclined-shaft length for lengths exceeding 1500 m.(4)For a shaft slope of 7°,9°,12°,or 25°,the carbon emissions from mucking range from 0.37 to 0.69 tCO_(2eq)per meter.Meanwhile,for shaft slopes>12°,rail transportation produces lower carbon emissions than other mucking methods.
