摘　　要：中药地不容是防己科千金藤属植物地不容的干燥根或块茎,是一种在云南等地广泛应用的民族药。分别从植物来源、传统药用、化学成分、药理作用及微生物发酵改性等多方面系统地对地不容的研究现状进行了综述,为地不容进一步药用开发和研究提供一定的理论依据。Radix Stephaniae Epigaeae,a widely used ethnodrug in Yunnan Province,is the tuber and root of plant Stephania epigaea Lo.belonging to the genus Stephania(Menispermaceae).This paper systematically discusses the research progress in the plant source,traditional usage,chemical constituent,pharmacology,and microorganism fermentation modification of Radix Stephaniae Epigaeae.This will provide theoretical basis for further medicinal development and study of Radix Stephaniae Epigaeae.
