摘　　要：非均相合成反应器是化工生产中一类重要生产设备。详述了非均相合成反应器搅拌反应釜式反应器、固定床反应器、环流反应器、微通道反应器的具体结构及他们传质传热等方面的各自优势与不足,通过反应器的具体应用的研讨,展望了不同工艺对应的反应器选型及改造对化工生产装置安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷运行的重要作用。Heterogeneous synthesis reactor is a kind of important production equipment in chemical industry.Four kinds of heterogeneous synthesis reactors are described in this paper,including stirred tank reactor,fixed bed reactor,circulation reactor and micro-channel reactor.This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of these four reactors in terms of their structure,mass and heat transfer.Through the discussion of the specific application of the reactor,this paper prospected the important role of the reactors corresponding to different processes for the safety,stability,full load and long cycle operation of the chemical production plant.
