摘 要:拟薄水铝石中碳酸根会影响其胶溶性能,应对其进行检测和控制。本文通过考察基准碳酸钠的分解、样品的分解温度以及样品量对碳含量测定结果的影响,确定了最佳试验条件,建立了红外吸收法测定拟薄水铝石中碳含量的方法;通过考察酸的种类、酸的用量以及分解方式对酸化处理结果的影响,确定了酸化处理驱赶碳酸根的试验条件;采用红外吸收法测定样品酸化前与酸化后的碳含量,碳酸根含量则由酸化前的碳含量减去酸化后的碳含量计算得到;加标回收试验和精密度试验表明方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,可实现对拟薄水铝石中碳酸根含量的准确测定。Carbonate in pseudo boehmite will affect the colloidal solubility of pseudo boehmite,so it should be specified and controlled.In this paper,the optimized analysis conditions for carbonate content were finalized by investigating the decomposition of reference sodium carbonate,the effect of the sample decomposition temperature and the sample weight on the analysis results of carbon content.The infrared absorption method was developed and applied in this paper to analysis the carbonate content in pseudo boehmite.The experimental conditions of acid treatment were optimized by investigating the effects of acid types,acid dosage and decomposition methods.The carbonate content of the sample before and after acidification were determined by infrared absorption method,and the carbonate content was calculated by subtracting the acidified carbon content from the total carbon content before acidification.The recovery test and precision test showed that the method has good accuracy and precision,and can accurately determine the carbonate content in pseudo boehmite.
