摘 要:目的:为荆芥穗配方颗粒的评价及质量的控制提供可行的参考依据,建立荆芥穗配方颗粒含量测定及特征图谱测定方法。方法:采用UPLC法建立荆芥穗配方颗粒特征图谱方法,采用HPLC方法测定荆芥穗配方颗粒中专属性成分胡薄荷酮的含量。结果:荆芥穗配方颗粒挥发油中,胡薄荷酮占比约为70%。荆芥穗配方颗粒中胡薄荷酮含量测定的线性范围为0.00405~0.405 mg/mL(r=0.9999),回收率为95.4%(RSD=3.18%)。荆芥穗配方颗粒特征图谱中有10个共有峰,其中6个成分分别为原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、木犀草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸。结论:所建立的荆芥穗配方颗粒的定量及定性的检测方法,准确度较高、检测效率高且成分专属性强,对荆芥穗配方颗粒的质量控制和评价具有极大的参考意义和价值。Objective:To provide a feasible reference basis for the evaluation and quality control of the formulation granules of Schizonepeta paniculata,and to establish a method for the content determination and characteristic chromatogram determination of the formulation granules of Schizonepeta paniculata.Methods:UPLC method was used to establish the chromatogram of Nepeta paniculata formula granules,and HPLC method was used to determine the content of specific component humenthone in Nepeta paniculata formula granules.Results:The proportion of humenthone in volatile oil of Nepeta paniculata formula granules was about 70%.The linear range of the content of humenthone in the formula granules was 0.00405~0.405 mg/mL(r=0.9999),the recovery was 95.4%(RSD=3.18%),and the sample solution was stable.There were 10 common peaks in the characteristic pattern of Nepeta paniculata formula granules,and six components were protocatechuic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde,caffeic acid,luteolin,hesperidin and robinic acid,respectively.Conclusion:The established quantitative and qualitative detection methods for the formulation granules of Schizonepeta paniculata have high accuracy,high detection efficiency and strong specificity of components,which has great reference significance and value for the quality control and evaluation of the formulation granules of Schizonepeta paniculata.
