摘  要:结合牺牲阳极保护钢质管道的全面检验,从接地极的选择、区分牺牲阳极与防腐层破损、加强信号接入点附近和牺牲阳极附近管段的检验等方面对防腐层状况不开挖检测方法进行了讨论,从断电电位的测量、极化探头的使用、自然电位测量等方面对阴极保护有效性检测方法进行了讨论,以期提高埋地钢质管道检验质量,保障管道运行安全。Combined with the comprehensive inspection of sacrificial anode protection steel pipeline,the detection method of the condition of the anti-corrosion layer without excavation was discussed from the aspects of the selection of grounding electrode,the distinction between sacrificial anode and anti-corrosion layer breakage,the inspection of the pipe section near the signal access point and the sacrificial anode,and the detection method of cathodic protection effectiveness was discussed from the aspects of power off-potential measurement,polarization probe,and natural potential measurement,in order to improve the inspection quality of buried steel pipelines and ensure the safety of pipeline operation.
