摘　　要：往复式压缩机在天然气集输增压过程中发挥着重要的作用,其润滑方式为集中强制润滑。本文就压缩机润滑系统中油封、呼吸帽、主、辅助油泵、卡套接头漏油的原因进行了逐一分析,并提出了整改、治理的办法,有效地解决了用户现场压缩机组润滑系统的泄漏问题,对于降低压缩机组的油耗、提升压缩机的综合性能具有重要意义。Reciprocating compressor plays an important role in the process of natural gas gathering and pressurization.The lubrication mode is concentrated forced lubrication.In this paper,the reasons of oil seal,breathing cap,main and auxiliary oil pump and sleeve joint leakage in the compressor lubrication system are analyzed one by one,and the rectification and treatment methods are put forward,which effectively solves the leakage problem of the on-site compressor unit lubrication system,and is of great significance for reducing the oil consumption of the compressor unit and improving the comprehensive performance of the compressor.
