摘　　要：针对精细化工企业反应釜敞口式人工固体投料方式还普遍存在的现状及风险,根据目前常用的吨包固体投料装置、固体颗粒粉真空投料装置、螺旋给料固体投料装置等,提出了精细化工工艺安全设计和企业对现有固体投料方式改造时,反应釜固体投料装置的选用原则。Aiming at the current situation and risks of the reactor open-type artificial solid feeding method in fine chemical enterprises,according to the currently commonly used solid feeding device for ton bag,vacuum feeding device for solid particle powder,and solid feeding device for spiral feeding,the selection principle of the solid feeding device of the reactor is put forward,when the fine chemical process is designed for safety and the enterprises reform the existing solid feeding method.
