摘  要:设计年产1万t碳酸二苯酯生产工艺。使用三光气替代光气合成碳酸二苯酯,通过碱洗水洗、水洗、减压蒸馏等工序,将三光气与酚类在NaOH溶液中反应生成氯甲酸苯酯,随后生成的氯甲酸苯酯继续与苯酚反应制备碳酸二苯酯。在对碳酸二苯酯进行工艺设计时,主要对该工艺过程催化剂的选用、反应过程中反应釜的温度及混料的方式进行了选择,并从碳酸二苯酯的性质、优点、用途及经济效益等几个方面进行了综合性的分析阐述。This design is for the production process design of diphenyl carbonate with an annual output of 10000 tons.Use triphosgene to replace phosgene to synthesize diphenyl carbonate,and through processes such as alkali washing,water washing,vacuum distillation,etc.,triphosgene and phenols are reacted in NaOH solution to generate phenyl chloroformate,and the subsequently generated phenyl chloroformate continues.Reaction with phenol to prepare diphenyl carbonate.In the process design of diphenyl carbonate,the selection of catalyst for the process,the temperature of the reaction kettle in the reaction process,and the method of mixing materials were selected,and the properties,advantages,uses and methods of diphenyl carbonate were selected.Economic benefits and other aspects have been comprehensively analyzed and explained.
