摘 要:以超滤+反渗透为核心的双膜法技术深度处理电镀生产过程产生的综合废水,处理后的产品水回用于生产。实际结果表明:超滤+反渗透双膜工艺能有效去除废水中的SS、有机物及盐类物质。反渗透产水SS≤5 mg/L COD≤10 mg/L,电导率≤300μs/cm,满足电镀生产工艺回用水质的要求,从而节约了大量新鲜水的使用,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。The ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis as the core of double-membrane technology have been applied to the treatment of electroplating wastewater and reuse of treated product water for production.The practical results show that the UF+RO membrance process can remove SS,the organic matter in sewage and various salts.RO permeate meets the requirements of water quality for electroplating manufacturing because its permeate SS is less than or equal to 5 mg/L,COD is less than or equal to 10 mg/L and conductivity is less than or equal to 300μs/cm.It also has saved a lot of water and produced good economic and environmental benefits.
