摘  要:由于疏水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜应用于膜生物膜反应器(Membrane Biofilm Reactor,MBfR)存在泡点压力低、氧传质性能差、耐污染性差等问题以及单独多巴胺(DOPA)对膜表面改性存在反应时间长、稳定性差等问题,本研究采用多巴胺/二乙烯三胺(DOPA/DETA)共沉积体系对本实验室自制的疏水性PVDF中空纤维膜进行表面改性,获得PDA/DETA-coated PVDF复合膜。研究表明,PDA/DETA-coated PVDF复合膜水接触角由原膜的86.1°降至45.9°,复合膜表面亲水性大幅提升;泡点压力由8 kPa提升至70 kPa,传质推动力大幅提升;氧传质性能为原膜的1.61倍(KLa由0.89×10^(-2)min^(-1)提升至1.43×10^(-2)min^(-1))。通过FTIR,XPS,FESEM与AFM分析,表明PDA/DETA成功沉积到膜表面,改性层较为致密均匀。之后对复合膜物理/化学稳定性进行测试,复合膜具有良好的物理/化学稳定性。Because the hydrophobic polyvinyl fluoride(PVDF)hollow fiber Membrane applied to Membrane Biofilm Reactor(MBfR)has the problems of low bubble point pressure,poor oxygen mass transfer performance,poor pollution resistance and other problems,as well as the long reaction time and poor stability of the membrane surface modification caused by dopamine alone,In this study,the DOPA/DETA co-deposition system was used to modify the hydrophobic PVDF hollow fiber membrane made by our laboratory,and PDA/DETA-coated PVDF composite membrane was obtained.The results show that the water contact angle decreased from 86.1°to 45.9°,and the hydrophilicity of the composite membrane was greatly improved.Bubble point pressure increased from 8 kPa to 70 kPa,mass transfer force increased significantly.The oxygen mass transfer performance of PDA/DETA-coated PVDF composite membrane is 1.61 times that of the original membrane(K La has increased from 0.89×10^(-2)min^(-1) to 1.43×10^(-2)min^(-1)).The results of FTIR,XPS,FESEM and AFM analysis showed that PDA/DETA was successfully deposited on the membrane surface,and the modified layer was compact and uniform.Then the physical/chemical stability of the composite membrane was tested.The composite membrane has good physical/chemical stability.
