摘  要:高纯度低杂质的5,5-二甲基海因产品具有更高价值的应用潜质。对DMH的合成及纯化工艺进行了研究,在一定的反应条件下可制备得到较高收率的5,5-二甲基海因粗品。通过进一步设计纯化工艺:溶解脱色-过滤结晶-烘干等关键工序,可有效去除5,5-二甲基海因合成产品中的杂质,将5,5-二甲基海因含量提高至99.96%,远大于市售5,5-二甲基海因工业品的含量。本工艺简单高效、成本低廉,生产的DMH产品含量高杂质低,有望广泛应用于高要求生产领域。The 5,5-dimethylhydantoin(DMH)with high purity and low impurities has higher application potential.In this paper,the synthesis and purification process of DMH were studied.The crude DMH product with high yield can be prepared under certain reaction conditions,and the DMH content can be increased to 99.96%after removing impurities effectively by the designed key process including dissolution,decolorization,filtration,crystallization and drying etc.The content of the obtained DMH is much higher than that sold in the market.The production technology is simple and efficient,and the DMH products are high purity with low impurities,which has a promising prospect in high demand production field.
