摘  要:以硼砂、多元醇、多元醇胺为原料,合成了醇胺改性有机硼交联剂,采用单因素法考察了各合成因素对耐温性能和交联时间的影响。确定了最佳合成条件为:20%硼砂+5%多元醇+10%多元醇胺,70℃反应2 h。研发的有机硼交联剂配制的海水基压裂液具有良好的流变性和破胶性,交联时间60~120 s可调,在120℃、170 s^(-1)下剪切120 min后黏度能保持在70 mPa·s以上,破胶液黏度低于3 mPa·s,具有较好的应用性能。The alcohol amine modified organic boron cross-linking agent was synthesized from borax,polyols and polyamines.The effects of each synthetic factor on the temperature resistance and cross-linking time were investigated by single factor method.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined as follows:20%borax+5%polyol+10%polyol amine,reaction at 70℃for 2 h.The seawater based fracturing fluid prepared by the developed organic boron cross-linking agent has good rheological and gel breaking properties.The cross-linking time is 60~120 s adjustable.After being sheared for 120 min at 120℃and 170 s^(-1),the viscosity can be maintained above 70 mPa·s,and the viscosity of the gel breaking fluid is lower than 3 mPa·s.It has good application performance.
