摘 要:采用COSMOthermX软件进行筛选,选定了[N_(1,8,8,8)][Ac]三辛基甲基乙酸铵盐作为萃取剂,萃取精馏分离环己烷-正丙醇共沸体系。测定了环己烷(1)+正丙醇(2)+[N_(1,8,8,8)][Ac]气液相平衡数据,并使用NRTL数学模型对实验数据进行关联。结果表明,离子液体能提高环己烷与正丙醇的相对挥发度,且相对挥发度随离子液体物质的量浓度增加而增加。打破环己烷+正丙醇共沸物所需要的最小物质的量分数为2.5%。最后通过过量焓分析研究了离子液体的分离机理,发现正丙醇和离子液体之间形成氢键起到了主要作用。In this paper,COSMOthermX software was used for screening,and[N_(1,8,8,8)][Ac]trioctylmethyl ammonium acetate was selected as the extraction agent,separation of cyclohexane-n-propanol azeotrope by extractive distillation.The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of cyclohexane(1)+n-propanol(2)+[N_(1,8,8,8)][Ac]were determined,and the NRTL mathematical model was used to correlate the experimental data.The results show that the relative volatility of cyclohexane and n-propanol can be increased by ionic liquid,and the relative volatility increases with the increase of the molar concentration of ionic liquid.The minimum mole fractionrequired to break the azeotrope of cyclohexane+n-propanol is 2.5%.Finally,the separation mechanism of ionic liquid was studied by excess enthalpy analysis,and it was found that the formation of hydrogen bond between n-propyl alcohol and ionic liquid played a major role.
