摘 要:目的:通过优化色谱条件,应用气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测果蔬中狄氏剂、烯唑醇2种农药残留,建立气相色谱-质谱联用法同时检测果蔬中狄氏剂、烯唑醇两种农药成分的分析方法。方法:试样采用QuEChERS方法进行前处理,根据2种农药残留特征碎片离子建立气质联用条件,在多反应监测模式下进行检测,基质匹配内标法定量分析。结果:在2种分析物质量浓度在0.01~1.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998,狄氏剂、烯唑醇在添加量为0.02 mg/kg时,平均回收率分别为83.3%,86.7%;在添加量为0.10 mg/kg时,平均回收率分别为88.0%,90.3%;在添加量为0.50 mg/kg时,平均回收率为110.0%,102.1%。狄氏剂和烯唑醇在0.02~1.0 mg/kg添加水平之间,平均加标回收率为83.3%~110.0%。结论:该方法分离效果好、操作简单、回收率好、灵敏度高,可以作为果蔬中同时检测狄氏剂和烯唑醇两种农药残留量的检测方法。Objective:To establish a GC-MS method for the simultaneous determination of dieldrin and diniconazole pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by optimizing chromatographic conditions.Methods:The samples were pretreated by QuEChERS method,and the conditions of GC-MS were established according to the characteristic fragment ions of two kinds of pesticide residues.The samples were detected in multi-reaction monitoring mode,and the matrix matching internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the two analytes in the range of 0.01~1.00μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were both greater than 0.998.When dieldrin and diniconazole were added to 0.02 mg/kg,the average recoveries were 83.3%and 86.7%,respectively,and when 0.10 mg/kg was added,the average recoveries were 88.0%and 90.3%,respectively.When the addition amount is 0.50 mg/kg,the average recovery is 110.0%and 102.1%.Dieldrin and diniconazole are between 0.02 mg/kg~1.0mg/kg addition level,the average recovery is 83.3%~110.0%.Conclusion This method has the advantages of good separation effect,simple operation,good recovery and high sensitivity,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of dieldrin and diniconazole pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
