催化剂在化工企业石蜡高压加氢装置中的应用

摘　　要：我国作为国际上的石蜡生产与贸易大国,石蜡加氢精制催化剂与加氢精制技术已经处在世界较高水平。但对于国内石蜡生产原材料劣质化问题和对石蜡产品质量要求的持续提高,研发适用于劣质蜡料的加氢精制催化剂及相关工艺,成为高质量石蜡生产关注的重点。介绍国内自主研发的SD-2石蜡加氢精制催化剂,探究SD-2催化剂在石蜡高压加氢装置中的实际应用情况。结果表明:SD-2催化剂能够在较低的温度与反应压力下实现对劣质蜡料的有效加工,催化剂的初活性与活性稳定性均良好,所生产出的石蜡产品质量也符合相关标准要求。As a major country in wax production and trade in the world,China's wax hydrotreating catalyst and hydrotreating technology have reached a high level in the world.However,for the problem of inferior raw materials for domestic paraffin production and the continuous improvement of requirements for paraffin product quality,the research and development of hydrofining catalysts and related processes applicable to inferior wax materials has become the focus of high-quality paraffin production.The SD-2 paraffin hydrofining catalyst independently developed in China is introduced,and the practical application of SD-2 catalyst in paraffin high-pressure hydrogenation unit is explored.The results show that the SD-2 catalyst can effectively process low-quality wax under low temperature and reaction pressure,the initial activity and activity stability of the catalyst are good,and the quality of paraffin products produced meet the requirements of relevant standards.
