摘　　要：新氢压缩机、循环氢压缩机属于加氢脱酸装置的关键动设备,是特护级设备,主要负责压缩和为装置输送氢气,其运行状况一旦出现故障,直接导致整套装置闭路或者停工。对某炼厂30万t/a润滑油原料加氢脱酸装置2台新氢压缩机、2台循环氢压缩机运行状况进行了分析,并针对存在的问题进行在线监测技术改造,从而保障新氢压缩机、循环氢压缩机安、稳、长、满、优运行。The new hydrogen compressor and circulating hydrogen compressor are the key equipment of the hydrogenation and deacidification unit.They are the special protection equipment,which are mainly responsible for compressing and delivering hydrogen for the unit.Once the operation condition fails,the whole unit will be closed or shut down directly.This paper analyzes the operation status of two new hydrogen compressors and two circulating hydrogen compressors in the hydrogenation and deacidification unit of 300000 t/a lubricating oil feedstock in a refinery,and carries out online monitoring and technical transformation aiming at the existing problems,so as to ensure the safe,stable,long,full and optimal operation of the new hydrogen compressor and the circulating hydrogen compressor.
