摘  要:某空分装置采用带空气预冷的分子筛净化系统及空气增压膨胀机制冷的全低压工艺,由于已运行多年,运行状况已偏离装置设计,夏季频繁出现空压机气量不足,系统负荷降低,进而影响氮气纯度。从各项影响因素分析,找出解决问题的办法,在空压机气量无法恢复的前提下,通过提前调整等方法,解决氮气纯度波动问题。An air separation unit uses the molecular sieve purification system with air precooling and the full low pressure process of air supercharging expansion mechanism.Because it has been running for long years,the operation condition has deviated from the design of the device.In summer,the air compressor is frequently insufficient,and the system load is reduced,thus affecting the purity of nitrogen.Based on the analysis of various influencing factors,the paper finds out the solution to the problem.Under the premise that the air compressor volume cannot be recovered,the fluctuation of nitrogen purity can be solved by adjusting in advance and other methods.
