摘  要:中国目前承建的国际大型LNG模块项目日益增多,LNG模块主要以工艺管线为主体的模块,管线专业的计划进度控制管理对整个项目的成功运行起着非常关键的作用。工艺管线建造流程主要分为预制,喷涂,安装和试压恢复。文章以海工青岛某在建大型LNG项目为例,详细阐述了管线专业建造的主要流程及关键工序,以及进度计算的要点。并针对管线专业的特点,在进度计算方面,使用PCMS等数据管理系统深入介入,提高进度计算的效率和准确度;针对项目执行中的难点,分析研究管线预制和试压的优先级计划编制原则,并通过案例对比分析,验证了优先级计划的有效性。从而为后续大型LNG项目的管线专业进度控制管理工作提供有益的借鉴和参考。At present,there are more and more international large-scale LNG module projects undertaken by China.LNG modules are blocks with pipeline as main component.The professional schedule control management of pipeline plays a very important role in the successful operation of the whole project.The pipeline construction process is divided into prefabrication,coating,installation and pressure test and recover.This paper take the Canada LNG project under construction in COOEC(Qingdao yard)as an example.In this paper,the main and key processes of pipeline construction and the key points of schedule calculation are introduced in detail.According to the characteristics of pipeline specialty,data management systems such as PCMS are used to deeply intervene in schedule calculation,aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of schedule calculation.Aiming at the difficulties in project execution,this paper analyzes and studies the principle of priority planning for pipeline prefabrication and pressure test,and verifies the effectiveness of priority planning through comparative analysis of cases.Thus,it can provide useful reference for the professional progress control and management of pipeline in the follow-up large-scale LNG projects.
