摘 要:燃煤电厂脱硫废水受到电厂燃料、脱硫剂和工艺补充水水质等因素影响,水质波动大、成分复杂,主要表现为钙镁离子浓度高、悬浮物含量大、氯离子浓度高、腐蚀性强等特点,这成为了电厂实现脱硫废水零排放的关键制约因素。通过“两级软化+管式微滤膜(TMF)+电渗析(ED)+反渗透(RO)”工艺中试试验的研究,结果表明,该工艺可满足现行的脱硫废水零排放要求,完全可作为燃煤电厂脱硫废水的零排放处理工艺。The wet desulfurization wastewater quality has a big fluctuation and is affected by type of coal and desulphurizer and the quality of desulfurization process supplement water.The specific performance of wastewater includes the high concentration of calcium and magnesium,high content of SS,high chloride concentration,high corrosion resistance.The features which has become a key factor restricting the power plant desulfurization wastewater zero emission.Through the study on pilot test of“two stage softening+TMF+ED+RO”,the results show that the technique can completely meet the existing desulfurization wastewater zero emission requirements.It provides a desulfurization wastewater treatmentprocess for similar project in cood-fired power plant.
