摘　　要：自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,得到了欧洲左翼的持续关注。欧洲议会左翼党团作为欧洲跨国左翼政党集团,对“一带一路”的内涵认知、影响价值及面临的挑战等表达了不同看法。集中表现在正反两个方面,即对“一带一路”倡议推进全球互联互通和为全球治理贡献力量予以肯定,但对项目建设中透明度不高和规则意识不足、缺乏综合战略和方案规划等问题提出疑问,产生了一系列负面认知。中国应从认知、话语、战略、务实合作和机制构建上采取措施,推动“一带一路”倡议的稳步推进。Since its inception,the"Belt and Road"Initiative has received sustained attention from the European left.As transnational left-wing political group in Europe,the Left Group of the European Parliament expressed both positive and negative views on the meaning and impact of the"Belt and Road"Initiative as well as the challenges it faces.While recognizing the"Belt and Road"Initiative for its role in promoting global connectivity and contribution to global governance,they have raised questions concerning the insufficient transparency and awareness of rules,and lack of comprehensive strategy and planning in project construction,which have led to a series of negative perception.Therefore,China should take measures in terms of cognition,discourse,strategy,pragmatic cooperation and mechanism building to make steady progress in promoting the"Belt and Road"Initiative.
