摘　　要：从麦可思公司对乐山师范学院2016—2019届毕业生就业质量状况调查数据对比分析可以看出,学校推动“三全育人”工作的改革探索,取得了较为突出的成效,有效地提高了学校的人才培养质量。但从毕业生对母校的总体满意度、就业情况和薪资水平的变化情况,以及在教书育人、管理育人和服务育人三个方面的评价来看,需要对培养过程中存在的问题加以分析改进并提出应对策略。Based on the comparative analysis of data on graduates’employment quality of Leshan Normal University(2016-2019)surveyed by McKeith,it can be seen that the“triple complete education”reform has gained outstanding achievement in Leshan Normal University.And the quality of talent cultivation in the university has been greatly improved.However,in terms of overall evaluation on alma mater,employment rate and salary,as well as the quality of teaching,management and service,it is needed to analyze current problems in the cultivation and propose solutions.
