战时重庆的机关眷属生产运动——以民国期刊为中心的考察(1942—1945年)

摘　　要：抗日战争相持阶段,国统区物质匮乏,民众生活窘迫,为了生产自救,支援抗战,国民政府在机关公务员工眷属中发起了眷属合作生产运动。眷属生产活动主要在重庆地区开展,之后扩展到周边郊县以及福建和广东等地。这是一场特殊时代背景下的妇女生产活动,其组社形式、生产和管理流程、产品销售以及利润分配方式等均具开创意义。其在探索合作经济,倡导妇女经济独立上,为后方妇女提供了榜样,亦拓展了妇女职业施为的社会空间。考察它的始末,有助于客观地认识1940年代处于新旧社会交替之际的中国,合作事业对妇女解放的进步意义。Amid the stalemate of the Resistance War against Japanese Aggression,the Chinese people were suffering from the lack of substance in the Kuomintang-administered areas.In order to achieve self-sufficiency by production and support the areas materially and financially,the Kuomintang government launched coproduction campaign among female family members of Civil servants.The activities were carried out mainly in Chongqing,then extended to circumjacent suburbs and counties,and Fujian and Guangdong.As a women’s production movement against the special historical background,its organization form,production and management process,product sales and profit distribution are of pioneering significance.The movement set an example for women in the rear of the battlefield on exploring the cooperative economy and advocating women's economic independence,and developed the social space for women's professional application.This paper focuses on the whole story of the movement with attention to its social significance in China in 1940s.
