摘　　要：牛传染性鼻气管炎(传染性脓疱外阴阴道炎)是由牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)感染引起的传染病,流行范围较广。该病在临床上主要有呼吸道和生殖道两种表现型,引发多种症状,给牛养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。病毒侵入牛体后造成持续性感染,病牛长期或终生带毒,给防控带来极大困难,IBR的综合防控依赖于精准的检测方法。基于抗原-抗体特异性识别反应的免疫学检测方法在特异性、敏感性、样品前处理简便性、现场适用性、检测效率等方面优势突出。IBRV的gB蛋白、gC蛋白、gE蛋白、gG蛋白等常被作为靶抗原进行检测试剂盒的研发,从IBRV的基因组结构、结构蛋白特点、选用的IBRV毒株、靶抗原的表达方式、酶联免疫吸附法和胶体金免疫层析法的建立、不同方法的符合率等方面综合论述了IBRV免疫学检测方法的研究进展,以期为该病原快速、精准、便捷的检测诊断试剂的研发提供参考。Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis(infectious pustular vulvovaginitis)is an infectious disease caused by bovine infectious rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV)infection,which is epidemic widespread.The disease mainly has two clinical phenotypes of respiratory system and reproductive system,causing a variety of symptoms,which has caused huge economic losses in cattle breeding industry.After the virus invading the cattle,it will cause persistent infection,and the infected cattle will carry the virus for a long time or life,which brings great difficulties in prevention and control.The comprehensive prevention and control of IBR depends on accurate detection methods.The immunological detection method based on antigen-antibody specific recognition reaction has outstanding advantages in the aspects of specificity,sensitivity,simplicity of sample pretreatment,field applicability and detection efficiency.gB protein,gC protein,gE protein and gG protein of IBRV are often used as target antigens for the development of detection kits.This paper introduced IBRV immunological detection methods summarized from the aspects of genome structure,structural protein characteristics,selected strains of IBRV,expression of target antigens,establishment of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colloidal gold immunochromatography,as well as the coincidence rate of different methods,in order to provide reference for the development of rapid,accurate and convenient detection and diagnostic reagents for IBRV.
