摘 要:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定益母生化合剂中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法。试验采用Venusil Stachydrine色谱柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(80∶20),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测器为ELSD 2000ES型蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度95℃,载气体积流量3.0 L/min。结果表明,盐酸水苏碱在0.04698~0.35236 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=1.46x+7.41(r=0.9996),稳定性试验RSD为1.2%,重复性试验RSD为1.1%,盐酸水苏碱的平均加样回收率为104.50%,RSD为1.5%。该方法操作简便,结果准确,可作为测定益母生化合剂中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法。To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu Shenghua Heji.In the experiment,a Venusil Stachydrine column was used(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm),column temperature at 30℃,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%glacial acetic acid solution(80∶20),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detector was ELSD 2000ES evaporative light scattering detector,the drift tube temperature was 95℃,the volume flow rate of carrier gas was 3.0 L/min.The results showed that the linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 0.04698 to 0.35236 mg/mL,the linear regression equation was y=1.46x+7.41(r=0.9996),RSD of stability test was 1.2%,RSD of repeatability test was 1.1%,the average recovery of stachydrine hydrochloride was 104.50%with RSD of 1.5%.This method is accurate and simple to operate,and it can be used as a method to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu Shenghua Heji.
