温病名方清营汤的解析及在宠物临床的应用初探

摘　　要：营分证是温病学卫气营血辨证的中间阶段,既有邪火热毒深重的一面,又有营阴虚损、津液不足的一面,临床也有某些气分证的表现和热毒窜络血分证的证候。清营汤是温病学治疗热入营血的经典方剂,出自于《温病条辨》,以“咸寒苦甘法”的原则组方,全方九药合用,共奏透热解毒、清营养阴之效。营分证中不仅有邪热入营,劫伤营阴,还兼有气机不畅,邪无出路而遏郁于营中。透热转气是清营汤治疗营分证的关键,正确运用透热转气,不但可以扭转病机,而且能缩短病程,提高疗效。运用清营汤加减治疗一例犬瘟热后期高热持续不退、西兽医退热药难以奏效的病例,退热效果显著,可为宠物临床热性疾病的治疗提供新思路。Yingfen syndrome is the intermediate stage of Weiqiyingxue syndrome differentiation in febrile diseases,it has the deep side of evil hot and heat,as well as the deficiency of Yingyin and the deficiency of body fluid.In clinical practice,we can also see the manifestations of Qifen syndrome and the syndromes of heat channeling Xuefen syndrome.Qingyingtang is originated from the“Febrile Disease Differentiation”.The principle of the composition is“salt-coldbitter-sweet method”,the composition of the characteristics of clearing heart of Yingfen to Qifen is very representative.The combination of all nine drugs plays a total of diathermy detoxification,clearing Yingfen and Yin nutrition.If the Qi is blocked in the Yingfen syndrome,the evil has no way out.Clearing heat of Yingfen is the representative feature of Qingyingtang,and it is the key to the treatment of Yingfen syndrome.The correct use of the method can not only reverse the pathogenesis,but also shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect.A dog case with late high fever of canine distemper was cured by supplemented formula of Qingyingtang,which western veterinary medicine antipyretic drugs were difficult to work.This report is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of clinical febrile diseases in pets.
