摘 要:为了更好地服务区域经济建设和新兴产业发展,地方本科高校需要进行人才培养模式的变革,以培养出具有较强实践能力与一定创新能力的高素质应用型人才,因此,探索构建与人才培养目标相适应的人才培养模式显得尤为重要。以地方本科高校新余学院材料成型及控制工程专业为对象,以培养适用于新经济发展的高素质应用型人才为目标,从构建创新性课程体系、“四阶递进式”混合式教学、“334”分层递进式实践教学、科教融合、校企合作及产教协同育人等九个方面对人才培养模式进行改革与创新,探索构建了“1951”创新性应用型人才培养模式。实践证明,所构建的“1951”创新性应用型人才培养模式对学生的实践创新能力培养、教师的教学科研能力提高具有显著的成效。In order to better serve the regional economic construction and the development of emerging industries,local undergraduate universities need to reform the talent training model to train high-quality applied talents with strong practical and innovative ability.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore and build a talent training model that is compatible with the talent training objectives.Taking the material forming and control engineering major of Xinyu University as the object,and aiming at cultivating high-quality applied talents suitable for the development of the new economy,we have reformed and innovated the talent training model from nine aspects,including the construction of an innovative curriculum system,the“four stage progressive”hybrid teaching,the“334”hierarchical progressive practical teaching,the integration of science and education,school enterprise cooperation,and industry education collaborative education,and explored the construction of the“1951”innovative applied talent cultivation model.Practice has proved that the“1951”innovative applied talent training model has a significant effect on cultivating students’practical innovation ability and improving teachers’teaching and research abilities.
