摘　　要：构建中国式现代化对外传播话语体系,应深入理解中国式现代化对外传播话语体系的相关构成要素、构建的当代境遇及价值意蕴。构建中国式现代化对外传播话语体系是综合主体定位、知识输出、目标受众、叙事引导等要素融合互动的系统工程,要充分厘清中国式现代化对外传播话语体系的内在逻辑。应强化主体建设,实现多元化话语主体矩阵的融合互动;创新话语表达,推进中国现代化话语叙事的国际转向;凝练标识符号,促进共识性价值话语符号的异域流通;进而有效提升中国式现代化话语体系的对外传播力,向世界讲好中国式现代化生动故事。In order to build Chinese modernized foreign communication discourse system,it is necessary to understand the elements of the Chinese modernized foreign communication discourse system,the contemporary situation and the value implications of its construction.The construction of a Chinese modernized foreign communication discourse system requires the integration of subject,content,audience and expression,and their interaction is the key to the construction of a Chinese modernized foreign communication discourse system.The logic of production,operation and practice of the Chinese modernized foreign communication discourse system should be fully clarified,and then a systematic and scientific discourse system should be constructed.We should strengthen the construction of subjects and realize the integration and interaction of the matrix of diversified discourse subjects;innovate discourse expressions and promote the international turn of the discourse narrative of Chinese modernization;condense identification symbols and promote the circulation of consensus value discourse symbols in other regions;thus effectively enhance the foreign communication power of Chinese modernization and tell the vivid story of Chinese modernization to the world.
