渐被湮灭的“科学建国”话题--基于民国期刊文献的考察  

The Subject of“Founding China Through Scientific Principle”That Has Been Gradually Submerged:Based on the Investigation of Periodicals and Literatures Published During the Republic of China

摘　　要：在有关全面抗战的学术研究中,与“抗战建国”相关的“科学建国”是一个渐被遗忘但却具有重要甚或重大意义的话题。根据对“抗战建国”(1938—1945)期间相关期刊文献考察发现,“科学建国”是一场影响深远的社会思潮,它不仅是赢得抗战胜利的重要构件,而且还是中国近现代特别是中国共产党科技思想史不可或缺的思想环节。本文根据刊文史料讨论何谓“科学建国”、为何“科学建国”和怎样“科学建国”三个相互关联的问题,论证“科学建国”是中华民族全面抗战历程中的重要一环,为中国共产党从科玄论战到“向科学进军”再到科教兴国战略和科技强国战略提供史料依据和学术省思。Among the academic research on the comprehensive resistance against Japanese aggression by the whole nation,the subject of“founding China through scientific principle”,which is related to the concept of“founding China upon the victory of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression”,holds great importance and crucial significance but has gradually faded from researchers consideration.Investigations of the concerned periodicals and literatures during the period of“founding China upon the victory of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression”(1938-1945)have found that“founding China through scientific principle”is a social trend of thought bearing far-reaching influence,as it constitutes not only a momentous part for the victory of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,but an indispensable ideological link in the modern and contemporary Chinese history,and particularly in the history of scientific and technological thought of the CPC.Based on the published historical data,this paper expounds the three interrelated issues:what is,why is and how to achieve“founding China through scientific principle”,demonstrates that this subject was playing an significant part during the eight-year comprehensive resistance against Japanese aggression by the whole nation,and provides historical data and academic reflection for the CPC to proceed from the debate between science and metaphysics to“marching towards science”,and then to the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education and the strategy of strengthening China through science and technology.
