不同剂量阿司匹林对子痫前期预防效果的研究进展

摘　　要：子痫前期是妊娠期常见的医学问题,多发生在妊娠20周以后,在产后3个月内痊愈,严重影响母婴健康,是导致母婴死亡及医源性早产的重要原因。近年来越来越多的研究表明,在妊娠<16周口服低剂量阿司匹林,其促血管生成、抗血小板和抗炎作用有利于胎盘形成,从而预防子痫前期的发生。因此,有必要对有子痫前期高危因素的妊娠妇女制定有效的早期识别策略并采取相应的预防措施,以降低子痫前期的发病率。目前阿司匹林被广泛地用于具有子痫前期高危因素的妊娠妇女,但其在妊娠期间的最佳应用剂量依然没有统一的标准,多数临床医师仍为经验性用药。本文就不同剂量阿司匹林对子痫前期预防效果的研究进展进行综述。Preeclampsia is a common medical problem during pregnancy.It usually occurs after 20 weeks of pregnan�cy and is cured within 3 months after delivery.It seriously affects maternal and infant health and is an important cause of ma�ternal and infant death and iatrogenic premature delivery.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that oral low�dose aspirin at<16 weeks of gestation can promote angiogenesis,antiplatelet and anti-inflammatory effects in placenta for�mation,thus preventing the occurrence of preeclampsia.Therefore,it is necessary to develop effective early identification strategies for pregnant women with high risk factors for preeclampsia and take corresponding preventive measures to reduce the incidence of preeclampsia.At present,aspirin is widely used in pregnant women with high risk factors for preeclampsia,but there is still no uniform standard for the optimal dose during pregnancy,and most clinicians still use it empirically.This article reviews the research progress on the preventive effect of different doses of aspirin on preeclampsia.
