摘 要:磷石膏是湿法磷酸浸出工艺中产生的固体废弃物,其主要成分为二水硫酸钙,具有产量大、组分复杂等特征。目前,国内磷石膏存量高达6亿t,其大量堆放造成土地资源浪费、江河水质劣化及大气污染等生态环境问题。然而,我国磷石膏综合利用率较低,其主要用于生产附加值较低的建筑材料,对此,加快推进磷石膏新技术、新产品的研发具有重要意义。本文通过分析磷石膏综合利用研究现状,总结了磷石膏在建筑、稀土提取、农业、化工以及生物医疗行业领域的研究进展,提出了现阶段磷石膏综合利用研究及产业化应用中的问题,展望了未来磷石膏高值化加工基础理论及技术研究的发展趋势,以期为磷石膏大宗化、高值化利用研究基础及产业化应用提供参考。Phosphogypsum is a solid⁃waste byproduct of the wet⁃acid process used for producing phosphoric acid.Its main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate,characterized by its high yield and complexity.At present,with stocks of phosphogypsum in China reaching 600 million tons,the massive piling up has led to waste of land resources,deterioration of river water quality,air pollution,and other ecological and environmental problems.However,the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum is quite low in China,where it is primarily used to produce low⁃value⁃added construction materials.Thus,the research and development of new phosphogypsum⁃based technologies and products must be accelerated.This paper summarizes the progress of phosphogypsum research in the fields of construction,rare earth extraction,agriculture,chemical industry,and biomedical industry.This was done by analyzing the status quo of studies on comprehensive phosphogypsum utilization and its industrial applications,highlighting issues in the current stage of studies,revealing insights into future developments,and providing a reference for theoretical and technological research on the bulk and high⁃value utilization of phosphogypsum and its industrial applications.
