摘 要:设计了6组36个塑性膨胀剂不同掺量的灌浆套筒连接试件进行单向拉伸试验,以研究塑性膨胀剂对试件连接破坏模式的影响.结果表明,随着塑性膨胀剂掺量的增加,试件由钢筋拉断破坏逐渐转变为钢筋拔出破坏;当塑性膨胀剂掺量相同时,试件的灌浆锚固钢筋连接力学性能随着锚固长度的增加而增强;当锚固长度相同时,塑性膨胀剂掺量为0.10%的试件连接力学性能相比其他掺量表现更佳,说明灌浆套筒连接试件中塑性膨胀剂的最佳掺量范围在0.10%左右;塑性膨胀剂掺量为0.10%时,试件出现拔出破坏,说明掺入膨胀剂时还需要关注设计应力大小.Six groups of 36 grouted sleeve joint specimens with different doses of plastic expansion agent were designed for uniaxial tension to investigate the effect of plastic expander on the connection damage mode of the specimens.The study showed that with the dose increasing,the specimens gradually changed from rein-forcement fracture damage to reinforcement pull-out damage.The mechanical properties of the grouted and an-chored reinforcement connections became stronger with the increase of the anchorage length when the dose of plastic expansion agent was the same;when the anchorage length was the same,the mechanical properties of the connections with the dose of 0.10%were better than the other doses;this indicates that the optimum dose of the agent in the grouted sleeve connection specimens is around 0.10%.However,the specimens showed pull out damage with a dose of 0.10%of plastic expansion agent.This indicates that the design stress should also be taken into account when incorporating plastic expansion agents.
