摘  要:铁铬液流电池具有循环寿命长、稳定性高、成本低等特点,在大规模电能储存领域应用日趋广泛。针对铁铬液流电池失效电解液的回收利用开展研究,从CrCl_(3)和FeCl_(3)混合溶液中分离Fe,同时回收Cr和Fe。研究了草酸沉淀法去除三价铬体系中的铁离子,并考察了草酸加入量、溶液pH、反应温度、搅拌速率对铁脱除率的影响。结果表明,当草酸加入量为理论值的1.2倍、溶液pH为3.0、反应温度为25℃时,铁脱除率可达97%以上,所得固相为二水草酸亚铁,结晶形貌好,纯度大于98%。该研究可为铁铬液流电池电解液的综合利用提供有效途径。Iron‐chromium redox flow batteries have long cycle life,high stability and low cost,and are increasingly used in the field of large‐scale electrical energy storage.The research was carried out on the recovery and utilization of failure elec‐trolyte of iron‐chromium flow battery.Fe was separated from a mixed solution of CrCl_(3) and FeCl_(3),and Cr and Fe were both re‐covered.The removal of iron ions from chromium trivalent system by oxalic acid precipitation method was studied,and the effects of oxalic acid addition amount,solution pH,reaction temperature and stirring rate on the removal rate of iron were in‐vestigated.The results showed that when the oxalic acid dosage was 1.2 times of the theoretical value,the solution pH was 3.0 and the reaction temperature was 25℃,the iron removal rate could reach more than 97%.The obtained solid phase was ferrous oxalate dihydrate with good crystal morphology and purity greater over 98%.The research could provide an effective way for the comprehensive utilization of the electrolyte of iron‐chromium redox flow batteries.
