摘　　要：目的探讨并总结9例结直肠肿瘤术后并发坏死性筋膜炎患者的护理方法。方法回顾2020年1月8日至2022年10月18日广东省中医院结直肠外科、肛肠科收治的9例结直肠肿瘤术后并发坏死性筋膜炎,收集患者的一般信息、肿瘤特征、诊治过程等资料,总结护理策略。结果经过及时手术清创以及创面、疼痛、心理等综合护理,6例患者康复顺利出院,3例炎症控制后带管转至下级医院继续治疗。结论多方面的个性化综合护理,特别是及时发现坏死性筋膜炎、系统高效的创面护理有利于控制感染,提高坏死性筋膜炎疗效,减轻疼痛,促进康复。Objective To explore and summarize the nursing methods of 9 patients with necrotizing fasciitis after colorectal cancer surgery.Method From January 8,2020 to October 18,2022,9 patients with necrotizing fasciitis after colorectal cancer surgery in the Department of Colorectal Surgery and Anorectal Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were reviewed.The general information,tumor characteristics,diagnosis and treatment process of the patients were collected,and the nursing strategies were summarized.Result After timely surgical debridement and comprehensive nursing of wound,pain and psychology,6 patients recovered and discharged smoothly,and 3 patients were transferred to the lower hospital for further treatment after inflammation control.Conclusion Multifaceted personalized comprehensive nursing,especially timely detection of necrotizing fasciitis,systematic and efficient wound care is conducive to controlling infection,improving the efficacy of necrotizing fasciitis,reducing pain and promoting rehabilitation.
