摘  要:随着我国经济水平的不断提高,建筑业得到了进一步发展,建筑工程的高效管理对工程建设起到了关键作用,影响了整个建筑工程的成败。基于此,本文针对建筑工程管理现状,尤其是工程成本效率低的问题,进行了影响因素分析,继而提出了一种基于BIM技术模型的解决策略,旨在实现工程建设的高效推进。本文研究结果表明,BIM技术的应用不仅可以有效控制建筑工程成本,还能显著提升整个工程的管理效率,实现建筑工程的快速建设。针对某污水处理厂的案例分析显示BIM技术应用可以有效解决多专业协同难度大、方案验证困难多诸多管理问题。With the continuous improvement of our country's economic level,the construction industry has been further developed,the efficient management of construction engineering plays a key role in engineering construction,affecting the success or failure of the entire construction project.Based on this,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the current situation of construction project management,especially the low cost efficiency,and then proposes a solution strategy based on BIM technology model,the aim is to realize the high-efficiency advancement of engineering construction.The results show that the application of BIM technology can not only effectively control the cost of construction projects,but also significantly improve the overall project management efficiency to achieve rapid construction of construction projects.A case study of a Sewage Treatment shows that BIM can effectively solve many management problems,such as the difficulty of multi-disciplinary collaboration and the difficulty of project verification.
