摘　　要：为了切实缓解在全过程工程咨询服务和信息化管理领域所出现的困难,通过引入BIM技术可以有效提升整个工程的信息化水平,并根据项目建设全过程对各有关方面统筹规划,逐步建立全过程工程咨询业务流程再造体系,并在此基础上根据BIM的实际应用情况以及全过程工程咨询特征完成了全过程工程咨询信息管理平台设计,并通过其对数据整合与控制要求的实现,以此对采用BIM技术开发的全过程工程咨询企业产生了价值。Since the country launched the reform of the whole-process engineering consulting model in 2017,all major engineering consulting companies have actively tried to reform.However,there are too many participants and management factors in the whole process of the engineering consulting service project,and each link of the project implementation is relatively independent,and each participant is in the array.The problems of data islands and information breaks occur from time to time,resulting in the insufficient efficiency of the whole process of engineering consulting service management,and the role of the integration and coordination management of the overall engineering consulting service cannot be fully played.In order to effectively alleviate the difficulties in the field of whole-process engineering consulting services and information management,the introduction of BIM technology can effectively improve the informatization level of the whole project,and according to the overall planning of all relevant parties in the whole process of project construction,gradually establish the whole-process engineering consulting business process reengineering system,On this basis,according to the actual application of BIM and the characteristics of the whole process engineering consulting,the design of the whole process engineering consulting information management platform is completed,and through the realization of its requirements for data integration and control,it has produced value for the whole process engineering consulting enterprises developed with BIM technology.
