公众对门诊陪诊服务的认知现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查泸州市公众对门诊陪诊服务的认知与意愿,了解老龄化背景下公众对门诊陪诊服务认知现状及影响因素,以期为陪诊服务行业健康发展提供参考依据。方法:于2022年5月采用便利抽样法选取350名公众为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行问卷调查。结果:该次调查共发放问卷350份,最终获得有效问卷340份,有效回收率为97.14%。其中,237名(69.70%)公众将来愿意选择陪诊服务。单因素分析显示,公众将来选择陪诊服务的意愿与文化程度、家庭地址、职业、是否听说/了解陪诊服务、曾经有无陪诊需求、是否信任陪诊人员、是否看好陪诊服务行业前景有关(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭住址、曾经有无陪诊服务需求、是否信任陪诊人员、是否看好陪诊服务行业前景是公众选择陪诊服务意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:公众对陪诊服务行业比较看好,大多数公众将来愿意选择陪诊服务,陪诊服务行业前景广阔。为此,基于目前陪诊服务存在的隐患,需要政府等多方机构进行监督管控,将陪诊服务引向规范化,以满足公众个性化的就医需求。Objective:To investigate the public′s cognition and willingness of outpatient escort service in Luzhou City,and to understand the current status and influencing factors of public′s cognition of outpatient escort service under the background of aging,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of outpatient escort service industry.Methods:A total of 350 members of the public were selected by convenience sampling method in May 2022,and self-made questionnaires were used for questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out in this survey,and 340 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective recovery rate of 97.14%.Among them,237(69.70%)of the public were willing to choose escort service in the future.Univariate analysis showed that the public′s willingness to choose escort service in the future was related to education level,home address,occupation,whether they had heard of/understood escort service,whether they had ever had a need for escort service,whether they trusted escort staff,and whether they were optimistic about the prospect of escort service industry(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,home address,whether there was a need for escort service,whether they trusted escorts and whether they were optimistic about the prospects of escort service industry were the independent influencing factors of the public′s willingness to choose escort service(P<0.05).Conclusions:The public is more optimistic about the escort service industry,most of the public are willing to choose the escort service in the future,and the escort service industry has a broad prospect.Therefore,based on the hidden dangers in the present escort service,it is necessary for the government and other multi-party institutions to supervise and control,and standardize the escort service to meet the personalized medical needs of the public.
