摘　　要：对成年重症监护室(ICU)病人进行精准压力性损伤风险评估是实施早期个体化护理的关键,然而在国内还没有一个公认的适用于成人的ICU压力性损伤风险评估量表。该文对国内外常用的ICU压力性损伤评估量表的内容、评估效果、优缺点进行了总结和概括,旨在为ICU护理人员选择合适的压力性损伤风险评估工具和研究成人ICU压力损伤风险评估量表提供参考。Accurate risk assessment of pressure injury for adult intensive care unit(ICU)patients is the key to implement early individualized care,but there is no recognized scale for adult ICU risk assessment of pressure injury in China.This paper summarized the contents,evaluation effects,advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used ICU pressure injury assessment scale at home and abroad,aiming to provide reference for ICU nursing staff to choose appropriate pressure injury risk assessment tools and study the adult ICU pressure injury risk assessment scale.
