摘　　要：目的:探讨基于罗伊适应模式(RAM)的疾病适应干预方案在中青年血液透析病人中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年7月—2023年2月在医院行维持性血液透析的90例中青年病人为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各45例,对照组仅实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于RAM的疾病适应干预方案,干预前后采用疾病心理社会适应量表、血液透析病人自我管理量表及生活质量量表评价两组病人的疾病适应能力、疾病管理能力和生活质量。结果:干预后研究组病人疾病适应能力总分及各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);疾病自我管理能力及生活质量得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于RAM的疾病适应干预方案可提高中青年血液透析病人的疾病适应能力及疾病自我管理能力,改善其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of disease adaptation intervention program based on Roy adaptation model(RAM)in young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 90 young and middle-aged patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in hospitals from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.They were divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group only received routine nursing,and the study group received RAM-based disease adaptation intervention program on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,the Self-Report Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale,hemodialysis patient self-management scale and Quality of Life scale were used to evaluate the disease adaptation ability,disease management ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total score of disease adaptability and scores of all dimensions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease self-management ability and quality of life were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The disease adaptation intervention program based on RAM can improve the disease adaptation ability and disease self-management ability of young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients,and improve their quality of life.
