带闪发器中间补气的R1234ze(E)热泵系统性能分析

摘  要:本文采用新型环保工质R1234ze(E)作为带闪发器中间补气型高温热泵系统的运行工质,在不同蒸发温度、冷凝温度及压缩机第一级压缩比参数条件下,分析了系统的性能系数、冷凝热量及压缩机做功量等性能,拟合了系统具有最佳性能系数(COP)时对应第一级压缩比随冷凝温度参数变化关系式。结果表明:R1234ze(E)在带闪发器中间补气型高温热泵系统运行时,具有最佳的压缩机第一级压比,使得系统具有最大的COP;相比传统无闪发器的热泵循环系统,带闪发器中间补气型热泵系统具有更好的热力性能,COP比常规热泵系统同工况条件下增加10.7%~23.4%,压缩机的排气温度下降约2.5℃。A new environment-friendly working medium R1234ze(E)is used as the working fluid in the hightemperature heat pump system with flash tank.The performance parameters including performance coefficient,exhaust temperature,condensing heat and compressor work,are analyzed under different evaporation temperature,condensing temperature and compressor compression ratio at first stage compression.The relationship between the first stage compression ratio and condensing temperature parameters when the system has the best coefficient of performance(COP)is fitted.The results show that,the heat pump system an optimum first stage pressure ratio,so that the system can obtain the best COP.At different evaporation and condensation temperatures,the exhaust temperature increased with the increase of the first stage pressure ratio.Compared with the traditional heat pump system without flash tank,the heat pump system with flash tank has better thermal performance.The COP of the system increases by more than 10.7%-23.4%working at the same conditions,and the exhaust temperature of the compressor is decreased by 2.5℃.
