高发射率红外陶瓷涂层对汽车散热器换热性能的影响

摘  要:本文对车用翅片换热器表面涂覆了高发射率的红外陶瓷涂层,并对该换热器开展了换热性能实验研究,分析了有红外陶瓷涂层换热器与无涂层换热器在不同的风量及不同供热温度下的性能对比。结果表明:与无涂层换热器相比,在低风量条件下,涂覆涂层的换热器换热量提高了2%~6%;在中高风量条件下,涂覆涂层的换热器换热量则有2%~8%的性能降低。An infrared ceramic coating with high emissivity is applied to the surface of finned heat exchanger for vehicles.The heat exchange performance of the finned heat exchanger with infrared ceramic coating is experimentally studied.The influence of infrared ceramic coating on the performance of heat exchanger under different air volume and water outlet temperature of water chiller is compared.The results indicated that the heat exchanger capacity increases by 2%-6%compared with the uncoated heat exchanger under condition of the low air volume;but the heat exchange of the coated heat exchanger is slightly reduced about 2%-8%under the condition of medium and high speed of air flow.
