摘　　要：外商直接投资(FDI)是经济增长的关键要素,河北省在大力引入外资推动经济发展经济的同时,会对本地区碳排放产生一定的作用,厘清二者之间的影响机理,对河北省顺利实现双碳目标具有较高参考价值。首先,选取河北省内各地市的相关数据作为研究对象,运用固定效应模型对FDI与碳排放之间的内在联系进行论证,结果表明:河北省FDI与碳排放存在显著的正相关,城市创新能力提升可有效缓解FDI对碳排放的促进作用。其次,运用面板门槛模型,以政府干预和人口密度为门槛变量,发现FDI对碳排放强度存在显著的政府干预双门槛效应和人口密度单门槛效应。最后,在河北引进外资的过程中,要提高准入门槛,同时注重城市创新力培养和高级人才队伍建设,推动本省FDI与节能减排协调发展。Foreign direct investment(FDI)is a key element of economic growth.When Hebei Province vigorously introduces foreign investment to promote economic development,it will play a certain role in the regional carbon emission.Clarifying the influence mechanism between the two is of high reference value for Hebei Province to successfully achieve the double carbon goal.Firstly,relevant data of various cities in Hebei Province are selected as research objects,and the fixed effect model is used to demonstrate the internal relationship between FDI and carbon emissions.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between FDI and carbon emissions in Hebei Province,and the improvement of urban innovation ability can effectively mitigate the promoting effect of FDI on carbon emissions.Secondly,using the panel threshold model and taking government intervention and population density as threshold variables,it is found that FDI has significant double threshold effect of government intervention and single threshold effect of population density on carbon emission intensity.Finally,in the process of introducing foreign investment in Hebei,it is necessary to raise the entry threshold and pay attention to the cultivation of urban innovation ability and the construction of senior talent team,so as to promote the coordinated development of FDI and energy conservation and emission reduction in Hebei Province.
