摘  要:本文以α-氯乙酸作为季铵化试剂,合成Cl-1和Cl-2两种多环咪唑啉季铵盐,并采用失重法和电化学方法,分析其在酸性条件下对钢的缓蚀性能。研究显示,在1mol/L HCl中Cl-1和Cl-2对N80钢均有一定的缓蚀性能,属于阳极型缓蚀剂,缓蚀性能大小顺序为Cl-2>Cl-1。两种化合物在N80钢表面上的吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温式,属于化学吸附。This article focuses onα-Chloroacetic acid was used as a quaternary ammonium reagent to synthesize two polycyclic imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts,Cl-1 and Cl-2,and their corrosion inhibition performance on steel under acidic conditions was analyzed using weight loss and electrochemical methods.Research has shown that both Cl-1 and Cl-2 have certain corrosion inhibition performance on N80 steel in 1mol/L HCl,belonging to the anode type corrosion inhibitor.The order of corrosion inhibition performance is Cl-2>Cl-1.The adsorption of two compounds on the surface of N80 steel follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and belongs to chemical adsorption.
