摘 要:安徽某铁矿巷道在掘进过程中围岩破碎,多处发生涌水,存在极大的安全隐患,严重影响掘进进度。本研究利用地面定向顺层钻进技术沿-350m巷道方位、标高定向钻进,提前揭露巷道掘进沿途可能遇到的破碎围岩及含水裂隙,并在地面对其实施高压连续注浆充填加固。该方案使巷道破碎围岩得到有效加固并降低水害威胁,保障了-350m巷道的安全高效掘进,不仅为该矿山取得了较大的经济效益,且为金属矿山同类条件下防治水工作提供了思路。During the excavation process of a certain iron mine tunnel in Anhui,the surrounding rock was broken and water gushed in mul-tiple places,posing a great safety hazard and seriously affecting the excavation progress.This study utilizes ground oriented bedding drilling tech-nology to drill along the direction and elevation of the-350 m tunnel,revealing in advance the possible fractured surrounding rock and water-bear-ing cracks encountered during tunnel excavation,and implementing high-pressure continuous grouting and reinforcement on the ground surface.This plan effectively strengthens the broken surrounding rock of the roadway and reduces the threat of water damage,ensuring the safe and efficient exca-vation of the-350 m roadway.It not only achieves significant economic benefits for the mine,but also provides ideas for water prevention and control work in metal mines under similar conditions.
