摘 要:对复用、留用巷道超前开展煤体注浆加固研究工作,从根源上减少回采期间复用留用巷道变形量,逐步减轻失修巷道维护压力,重点在受多次采动影响的孤岛面开展工业试验研究,主要采用联邦加固AB料、注浆泵等,通过现场试验,大大减小了巷道的变形量,注浆后在时间和空间上巷道的变形量满足了综采工作面回采需要,保证了矿井安全有序生产。Advance research on coal body grouting reinforcement for reused and retained tunnels has been carried out to reduce the deformation of reused and retained tunnels during mining from the root cause,gradually reducing the maintenance pressure of disrepair tunnels.Industrial experimental research has been mainly conducted on isolated surfaces affected by multiple mining operations,mainly using federal reinforcement AB materials,grouting pumps,etc.Through on-site testing,the deformation of tunnels has been greatly reduced.The deformation of the roadway in time and space after grouting meets the mining needs of the fully mechanized mining face,ensuring safe and orderly production of the mine.
