摘 要:煤矿坑道钻孔施工工具有较大的危险性,具体表现为孔位较高、开孔角度大等特征,因此在装卸钻杆过程中存在较大的困难,尤其是在操作不当的情况下,就会引发安全隐患,严重威胁施工人员的身心健康。由此对煤矿井下坑道钻机自动卸杆装置进行研究设计,使其控制系统更加科学合理。这种装置结构可以通过智能控制器进行操作,因此可以更好地适应各种复杂的地质施工条件,不需要人工也能完成钻孔作业,钻孔效率得到保证,作业安全性自然也得以提高,将会成为未来作业中一种重要的形式。Coal mine tunnel drilling construction tools have a greater risk,the specific performance is higher hole position,hole angle and other characteristics,so in the process of loading and unloading drill pipe,there are great difficulties,especially in the case of improper operation,it will cause safety risks,serious threat to the physical and mental health of the construction personnel.Therefore,the automatic rod unloading device of underground tunnel drill in coal mine is studied and designed to make its control system more scientific and reasonable.This device structure can be operated by intelligent controller,so it can better adapt to a variety of complex geological construction conditions,do not need manual drilling oper-ations can be completed,drilling efficiency is guaranteed,operation safety is naturally improved,will become an important form of future operations.
