摘 要:针对矿用皮带机在运行过程中时常会出现过紧或过松的问题,基于皮带机的主要结构与具体工作原理,分析了当前运行中现存的主要问题,为皮带机设计了一种自动张紧装置,介绍了该装置的整体张紧方案,设计了该装置的主要构件,并在潞安化工集团某矿皮带机中进行了应用验证,分析了应用效果。经多个月的实际应用,发现应用该皮带机自动张紧装置后,皮带机能依据实际运行情况,自动调整张紧度,皮带打滑问题、断带问题都得到了有效解决,皮带机运行更稳定,更可靠,取得了较好的应用效果,经济效益与安全效益显著,可为类似工况下皮带机的自动张紧提供参考。In response to the problem of over tightening or over loosening of mining belt conveyors during operation,based on the main struc-ture and specific working principles of the belt conveyor,this paper analyzes the existing main problems in operation,designs an automatic tensioning device for the belt conveyor.Introduces the overall tensioning scheme of the device,designs the main components of the device,and verifies its applica-tion in a mine belt conveyor of Lu’an Chemical Group.After analyzing the application effect and several months of practical application,it was found that the automatic tensioning device of the belt conveyor can automatically adjust the tension according to the actual operation situation.The problems of belt slipping and breakage have been effectively solved.The belt conveyor operates more stably and reliably,achieving good application results.The economic and safety benefits are significant,providing reference for the automatic tensioning of the belt conveyor under similar working conditions.
