摘  要:目前,压水堆核电厂反应堆冷却剂泵径向止推轴承一般采用油冷却-润滑型,仅VVER型压水堆部分机组反应堆冷却剂泵的径向止推轴承采用水冷却-润滑型。通过对水冷却-润滑型径向止推轴承关键参数——轴承释热率的影响参数进行逐一分析,运用数学建模计算分析,发现反应堆冷却剂泵的启动电磁铁长期投运后能够有效控制轴承释热率,从而保证反应堆冷却剂泵长期、稳定、安全运行。At present,the radial thrust bearings of reactor coolant pumps in PWR nuclear power plants generally adopt oil-coolant lubricated type.The radial thrust bearing of reactor coolant pump of some units of VVER PWR is designed as water-cooled lubrication type only.In this paper,the influence parameters of the bearing heat release rate,the key parameter of water-cooled and lubricated radial thrust bearing,are analyzed one by one.Through mathematical modeling calculation and analysis,the research found that the reactor coolant pump can effectively control the bearing heat release rate after long-term operation of the starting electromagnet,so as to ensure the long-term,stable and safe operation of the reactor coolant pump.
