摘 要:近年来智能电网、数字电网的飞速发展,给继电保护装置带来了新的挑战,主要表现在复杂性的极速提升,从而给装置的可靠性、安全性、易用性和性价比方面带来显著问题。提出了一种基于国产电力专用芯片的保护测控装置解决方案,使用一片高集成度的芯片加上较少的外围器件可以替代传统CPU加FPGA的技术方案,并且由于配置了电力专用的处理单元、安全加密单元,使其更加符合当前数字电网对多业务处理和网络安全的要求。基于该芯片设计的低压保护测控装置已在某110 kV试点工程实际应用,结果表明该方案在性能和可靠性上具有显著优势。In recent years,the rapid development of smart grid and digital grid has brought new challenges to relay protection devices,mainly manifested in the rapid increase of complexity,which has brought significant problems to the devices in terms of reliability,security,ease of use and cost performance.A solution of protection,measurement and control device based on domestic power dedicated chip is proposed.Using a chip with high integration and less peripheral devices can replace the traditional CPU plus FPGA technical solution.Moreover,due to the configuration of power dedicated processing unit and security encryption unit,it is more in line with the current requirements of digital power grid for multi service processing and network security.The low-voltage protection measurement and control device designed based on this chip has been applied in a 110 kV pilot project.The results show that the scheme has significant advantages in performance and reliability.
