摘 要:一些地区水电机组容量比已是火电机组容量比的数倍,水电机组调速系统的特点对保持电网频率稳定有很大影响,据此用Simulink搭建精确的水火混合系统,又将火电机组细分为无再热机组和再热机组.为了达到更好的调频效果,首先比较了普通PID与模糊PID控制器的特性,最终选用模糊PID控制器.为了凸显水电机组容量占比对一次调频性能和系统频率稳定性的影响,首先仿真分析了有无再热机组容量占比的不同对一次调频性能和系统频率稳定性的影响,然后改变水电机组容量的占比,实现不同一次调频效果,研究其对系统频率稳定性的影响,得出在一定条件下水电机组容量占比越大,系统频率出现大幅度超调现象的可能性越大,不利于频率的恢复,但是提高了系统频率的稳定性能.In some areas,the capacity ratio of hydropower units is already several times that of thermal power units,and the characteristics of the speed regulation system of hydropower units have a great impact on maintaining the stability of the frequency of the power grid.Based on this,Simulink was used to build a precise water-fire hybrid system,and the thermal power unit was subdivided into a non-reheat unit and a reheat unit.In order to achieve better frequency modulation effect,the characteristics of ordinary PID and fuzzy PID controllers were compared,and fuzzy PID controllers were selected.In order to highlight the influence of the capacity ratio of hydropower units on the performance of primary frequency regulation and system frequency stability,the impact of the different proportion of capacity of reheating units on the performance of primary frequency regulation performance and system frequency stability was simulated and analyzed.Then,the proportion of hydropower unit capacity was changed to achieve different primary frequency modulation effects and their influence on system frequency stability.It is concluded that the larger the proportion of hydropower unit capacity under certain conditions,the greater the possibility of large overshoot phenomenon of the system frequency,which is not conducive to the recovery of the frequency,but it improves the stable performance of the system frequency.
